T2 & T3 Villas
The Village Houses share a nearby large pool and tropical pool with snack bars and terraces. The village way of life is excellent for families who want to meet other people and make friends.
The properties are built to exceptionally high specifications and offer a choice of two or three-bedroom houses. They are smaller than their linked villas but can be detached.
A lot of thought has been put into the design of the Village Houses, making them perfect for easy living. They have many thoughtful touches that you wouldn't necessarily expect.

Grouse & Guadiana
The Grouse is the newest of the three nine holes with the more open far-reaching inland hill views. Although it only opened in 2008, it is already nicely mature. It has rolling terrain with fewer trees than the other two courses.
The courses teem with wildlife, including wild boar, birds and rabbits. Some lucky property owners have even spotted the elusive Iberian Lynx on The Grouse Course when playing early in the morning.
The Guadiana Course is a delight, set amongst attractive pine trees.
Fast and true greens, several of them elevated and protected by bunkers, inviting elevated tees and dogleg fairways carved out of canyons, are features of the course.
Atlantico & Guadiana
The Guadiana and Atlântico courses are the most mature, designed by Bristol-based Terry Murray around ten years ago, with attractive pine trees lining the fairways.
The courses are teeming with wildlife, especially partridge in the winter months.
Fast and true greens, several of them elevated and protected by bunkers, inviting elevated tees and dogleg fairways carved out of canyons, are features of the courses.
