Hotel Baltum
The Hotel Baltum is the oldest and most famous hotel in Albufeira. Located in the heart of this ancient fishing village, the Hotel Baltum is only about 50m from the famous “Pescadores Beach”. The location it’s even closer to the restaurants, nightlife and shopping, what makes this hotel a unique hotel for your vacations.
Approximately 30 minutes from Faro International Airport and surrounded by the Algarve most beautiful beaches, the Hotel Baltum boasts an unrivalled central location, making it a fantastic starting point for anyone wanting to explore the region.
Refurbished in 2014, the hotel has a total of 51 rooms. The rooms are elegantly decorated, predominantly in blue and white, to represent the hotel relationship with the nearby sea. To increase our guests comfort, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning, LCD, telephone with direct external access, safe and a private bathroom with amenities and free Wi-Fi available in the whole hotel.
The latest attraction of the Hotel Baltum is the B-rooftop, located on the 4th floor. A wonderful lounge area with a sunbathing area where our guests can enjoy the best cocktails while enjoying the sea view or relax in the jacuzzi.
As the hotel is so close to the beach and the sea, our guests have an endless number of activities on their doorstep. These include recreational fishing, deep sea fishing, surfing, windsurfing, diving, swimming, boat trips, cave visits, sup, cruises along the Algarve coast, beach foot-volley, beach volleyball and much more. A short distance from the Hotel and the Albufeira city center, visitors can access other leisure activities for the whole family, as well as: aqua parks (7 km), shopping center (2 km), golf courses (6 km) and not only.
