It is hard to define the character of Headingley as this traditional out-and-back layout stretches to Alwoodley with views of Eccup Reservoir on such varied terrain.

Moor Allerton Golf Course is a well-known golf course located in Leeds, West Yorkshire, England.

 

It is considered one of the premier golfing destinations in the region and has a rich history dating back to its establishment in 1923.

 

The golf course is set on beautiful parkland and features 27 holes across three separate courses: the Blackmoor, High, and Lake courses.

 

The Blackmoor Course is the flagship course at Moor Allerton and is renowned for its challenging layout and scenic surroundings.

 

It has hosted several prestigious tournaments, including European Tour events in the past.

 

The High Course offers a slightly shorter but equally enjoyable golfing experience, while the Lake Course provides an additional nine holes that can be combined with either of the other two courses for a full round.

Recent years have seen significant and continued investment in the quality of the Course.

 

It’s an excellent ‘all year round’ course and the parkland setting delivers a varied selection of holes that offer a genuine golfing challenge for all skill levels.

 

Holes feature a 3-colour flag system, indicating the position of the flag on the green – red for front third, yellow for the middle and white for the back third.

 

100 and 150 yard markers on each side of the fairway are to the centre of the green.

 

Scarcroft is a high ranked golf course and for your enjoyment you should be a competent golfer.
