The Dunes Course, Costa Navarino
The Dunes Course is the first signature-designed golf course in Greece.
Since May 2010, the impressive seaside Dunes Course has been Greece's first signature golf course, designed by two-time US Masters Champion and former Ryder Cup Captain Bernhard Langer in association with European Golf Design.
This championship course, set in a diverse natural landscape beside The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort and The Westin Resort Costa Navarino, offers spectacular sea and river views and incorporates links-style features in areas closest to the sea.
Parts of the course venture into olive and fruit groves, while some holes run along a small river – the Sellas – which meanders through the site.
Combined with large undulating greens, wide fairways and steep-faced pot bunkers, the links element of the course adds to its unique style and playability.
A World-Class Golf Course in Greece.
The Dunes Course has been designed to provide an exciting challenge for all golfers.
Each of the 18 holes has multiple sets of tees to allow players to select the course length that best suits their game.
The par-71 course measures 6,581 yards from the back tees.
Generously wide fairways and large greens make good targets that will be appreciated by golfers.
Much of the course has been crafted to reflect the rugged outlines of the distant mountains.
As you move further inland, the course unfolds, its character softening to fit with the surroundings of olive and citrus groves.
In season, players are welcome to sample the ripe fruit from the trees around the course at their leisure.
A Golfer’s Paradise in Greece.
